Professionally, Lori is ranked in the top 1% in her office, receiving numerous awards including Million Dollar Club awards, Previews Property Specialist and New Home Specialist. But my real award doesn't come from any of the numerous plaques that hang on the wall or by becoming "sales associate of the month". My awards come from the faces of the home sellers and buyers that I work with who appreciate the honesty, integrity and passion that I bring to my business. It is my passion for people who trust me with their most valuable asset that demands I manage it as though it were my own. I look to make my home sellers and buyers knowledgeable about market conditions that will affect them. The Real Estate business is ever changing, and I strive to stay on top of technology using my "hands on" learning ability to stay in touch with e-marketing. This service wins over many of my buyers and sellers by keeping me in constant contact with them, informing them every step of the way.

Closing or Settlement >Closing Tips
The conclusion of a real estate transaction is an exciting time for everyone involved. The closing table is the ideal place to sign papers, trade keys, and drink a toast to the new homeowners. Sometimes that setting is filled with tension and pressure as each side tries to work out important details of the transaction at the last minute.
How can you help make your closing a relaxed and happy one? First, try to get the details worked out ahead of time. There may be a few unresolved issues, such as repairs that were not completed, a disappearing dining room chandelier or a pre- or post-closing occupancy agreement. The atmosphere should remain positive in order that minor upsets will not threaten the entire transaction. If you anticipate a problem, no matter how minor it may seem, be sure to communicate the situation to your real estate agent in advance, so that it can be addressed before it has a chance to escalate.
